About these terms
These terms govern your use of alphamoneyng.com and the AlphaMoney waitlist, operated by AlphaMoney Technologies Ltd (RC 8911145), Lagos, Nigeria. The AlphaMoney product itself is pre-launch; account terms, fees and product agreements will be presented separately when you open an account.
Not financial advice
Content on this site explains how AlphaMoney works and why we believe in gold-backed money. It is general information, not investment, legal or tax advice. The value of gold can go down as well as up. AlphaMoney is not a bank.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves your interest in early access; it does not open an account, create any customer relationship, or guarantee access at any particular time. We onboard in waves and may change the schedule. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing info@alphamoneyng.com.
Acceptable use & content
Don't misuse the site (no scraping at abusive rates, no attempts to breach security, no unlawful use). Site content, branding and design are ours or licensed to us; you may quote with attribution but may not pass the content off as your own or imply endorsement.
Liability & changes
The site is provided "as is" without warranties; to the extent permitted by Nigerian law we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on pre-launch information. We may update these terms and will show the latest revision date here. Nigerian law governs, and the courts of Lagos have jurisdiction.
